Instructions
  1. Grind coffee beans coarsely
  2. Add beans to CoffeeSock or directly into large container
  3. Add 1/2 cup of filtered water to dampen the grounds
  4. Let rest one minute
  5. Slowly pour the remaining water over the grounds, ensuring they are all soaked
  6. Cover the container and let rest in fridge 12 – 24 hours, depending on your taste preference
  7. Remove CoffeeSock or strain the grounds out
  8. Compost coffee grounds and enjoy
